Cory 433

Overview

433 Cory – Zoom AV Room is a hybrid meeting and collaboration space equipped with a Zoom Room system, integrated AV switching, and a Yealink video/sound bar for simple, reliable use. The room is intended for EECS faculty, staff, and research groups.

• Capacity: 6–12 people
• Use cases: Hybrid meetings, remote instruction support, small group discussions, office hours
• Location: 4th Floor, north end of hallway, Cory Hall

How to Reserve the Room

Reservations are made through bCal.

Add the room’s calendar address in your event:

This room is available to EECS faculty, staff, and approved groups.

Technology in the Room

• Zoom Room system with touch controller
• Yealink conference bar (camera, microphone, and speakers)
• USB-C table connectivity for wired screen sharing
• Ceiling-mounted projector and pull-down screen

Quick Start Guide

Start or Join a Meeting

1. Tap the Zoom Room Controller on the table.
2. Select Start or Join.
3. Use the on-screen keypad or select the meeting from the calendar.

Share Your Screen

• Tap Share Screen on the controller for wireless sharing (after logging into your Zoom app).
• Or connect via USB-C for wired sharing.

End the Meeting

1. Tap End Meeting on the controller.
2. Select End Meeting for All.
